JP’s background as a former mechanical engineer is a huge advantage for our projects. He understands the real-world processes in industrial operations and translates this knowledge into highly efficient low-code solutions here at Digital Airways. This hands-on, practical approach is exactly what our clients value about the work of Digital Airways.

Innovations from Our Team

In the video, JP presented two projects that exemplify the way we work:

• Intelligent HR management: We use Power Automate and AI to revolutionise the recruiting process. Incoming applications are automatically analysed and assessed, while new job postings are synchronised directly with social networks.
• Workplace safety apps with a focus on UX: Our safety checklists are designed to be so intuitive that they can be used without errors even in the hectic pace of everyday work. With features such as photo uploads and real-time filters for corrective measures, we ensure maximum safety.

Why We Focus on «Accessible Design»

A core aspect of JP’s work at Digital Airways is inclusivity. Software must not create barriers.

«With our apps, we pay attention to extremely high contrast and a clear structure, so that people with visual impairments or those working under difficult lighting conditions in the field can still work productively», JP explains in the interview.

To maintain this high standard across all projects, we have developed our own in-house component library. This ensures that every app that leaves our company has a consistent design, responds quickly and natively supports features such as dark and light mode.
