The decisive difference
You are not renting access, you own the solution
We do not build on our infrastructure, we build in yours. At the end of the project everything is migrated into your Microsoft tenant. This is where this route differs from any SaaS, including our own.
The source code is yours
Not licensed, not borrowed. The solution sits in your environment and you have full access to it.
The data stays with you
In your own Microsoft 365 tenant, under your permissions and your retention rules. Nothing takes a detour through us.

Frequently asked questions
Do you sell Power Apps as a product?
No. For us the Power Platform is a technology we use to digitalise internal processes. Our finished products are QuKI, the Safety App and CrewDeck. If one of them fits, we recommend that instead, because it is cheaper and available sooner.
What exactly does it mean that the solution belongs to us?
It is built in your own Microsoft 365 tenant and stays there. Source code, configuration and data are yours. You can develop it further yourself, commission someone else, or keep running it unchanged. There is no switch on our side that turns it off.
What does it cost in licences?
Licences run directly through Microsoft, not through us. Much of it is already included in an existing Microsoft 365. Some functions need add-ons. We check in advance what you already have and what is genuinely required.
Do we need to be able to program?
No. We build the solution and train your team far enough that smaller adjustments are possible in-house. How far you take that is up to you.
Does it work on mobile and offline?
Yes. The applications run on desktop, tablet and smartphone. Where the process requires it, for example in a warehouse, in production or outdoors, they also work without an internet connection.
Where is the best place to start?
With a process that occurs often, is clearly defined and involves several people. That is where the benefit shows fastest. In a first conversation we look together at where your biggest lever is.
What does a custom solution cost?
We price it per project, because it depends on scope, the connections required and the support you want. A flat rate would be wrong for every company. You get a fixed project price before we start, so the cost stays under control.
How long does it take to build?
Simple solutions in two to four weeks, more complex ones in four to ten. You see the current state every one or two weeks and can steer before anything heads in the wrong direction.
Do we have to use Microsoft 365?
Yes. The solutions build on the Microsoft Power Platform, which is included in Microsoft 365 Business Standard. If you are not on it yet, we help you get started.
Can the solution be extended later?
Yes, and that is one of the main reasons to go this route. New functions can be added at any time, by us or by someone else, because the solution sits with you anyway.
Who maintains it after rollout?
It is low-maintenance by design, because Microsoft handles updates and infrastructure. If your IT already knows Microsoft 365, it can take on much of it. Otherwise we train your team, and there is an optional support package for everything beyond that.
Can existing systems be connected?
Usually yes. The Power Platform ships with hundreds of ready-made connections to ERP, CRM and HR systems. We check what works in your case free of charge in the first conversation.
