The walk-through is done, the finding is noted, and then it disappears. In the Safety App every finding becomes an action with an owner, a deadline and a traceable source, so the audit question that triggered it. Reminders run on their own, seven times a day across all modules, in three stages from advance notice to escalation to the line manager. Several open items for one person arrive as a single digest, not as twenty separate emails.

IGHV is an industry safety scheme run by AEH. The Safety App is established there as the standard solution, and more than 45 member companies work with it in production. An industry scheme does not pick its software from a brochure, it picks what holds up in the daily work of very different companies.
The scope
Start with two modules and extend later, with no rebuild. Each module brings its own analysis. Where the AI helps out, it says so on the module.
The Suva checklists are fully integrated, you simply pick one when you start a walk-through, and your own checklists sit alongside them. Walk-throughs on the phone, findings documented on the spot with a photo. Likelihood and severity give a risk class and priority, and after the action you rate the residual risk. A finding outside a walk-through goes in through quick capture.

Comprehension questions are generated from the content of your instruction, including answer options. You set the pass mark and change or extend the questions as needed.
A register of applicable regulations with works, version status and validity, checkpoints per work and an automatic completion rate.
Upload a regulation or standard as a PDF and the AI proposes a summary, scope, topics and risk level. A thicket of text becomes an entry you only have to confirm.
Item master with EN standards and protection class, stock and minimum stock, issue to employees with receipt confirmation, recurring inspections and return with a condition assessment.
A register of first aiders with training level and validity, certificates with history, first aid supplies and defibrillators with inspection intervals and a self-test log.
Evacuation drills and real events with a sequence log, participants and a drill report as PDF with a checksum. A reminder for the annual drill per site.
A report over any period you choose pulls together the key figures from every module, as PDF and as Excel. Plus signatures on the device, checksums on reports and history entries that cannot be altered, designed to be presented in an audit.
The AI proposes the summary in words so you do not rewrite it every quarter. You review and release it.
A professional forum for safety officers from different companies, right inside the app and included in the subscription at no extra cost. Yes. You maintain your own checklists and use the Suva content alongside them. Both are available when you start a walk-through.
Yes. Through a posted QR code anyone can report an incident, with no account and no login, with a photo and with abuse protection. That is exactly where reports otherwise fail to happen, with temporary staff and contractors.
No. There is no hazardous substance or chemical register with safety data sheets, and no machine, maintenance or test equipment management either, except for personal protective equipment. If you need that, we say so openly in the first conversation.

Existing Power Apps solutions keep running and belong to you. There is no obligation to switch. If you want to move, we discuss the route before anything is switched off.
