Does the QM App meet the requirements of ISO 9001?
Yes — the QM App supports ISO 9001 as its core standard. Document control, audit trails, action tracking and management review are mapped ISO-compliant, audit-proof and demonstrable at the push of a button.
Can we import existing QM documents?
Yes — existing documents, templates and process descriptions can be imported. We handle the migration as part of the setup so you start with complete data from the outset.
How does version control work?
Every change is versioned automatically — with timestamp and user. Earlier versions can be viewed and restored at any time. In an audit, you can prove the full change history for any document with one click.
Does the app also support IFS, FSC, FSSC or other industry-specific standards?
Yes — alongside ISO 9001, the QM App also supports IFS, FSC, FSSC, PEFC and many other management standards. Checklists and audit structures can be configured for different standards.
How does complaint management work?
Complaints are captured in a structured way — with an 8D report template and root-cause analysis. Actions are assigned, deadlines monitored. Our customers reduced their average processing time from 28 to 14 days.
Who can access which documents?
You decide — granularly at user or group level. Integrated with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD: users from your Microsoft 365 can be adopted directly, no manual user management needed.
