Is the HR tool GDPR-compliant?

Yes — because the HR App is built on Microsoft 365 (SharePoint), you automatically benefit from Microsoft’s data protection infrastructure. Data is stored in European data centres. For Switzerland, the revised DPA also applies. We’re happy to advise you with any questions.

Can we import existing employee data?

Yes — existing data from Excel, HR systems or other tools can be imported. We handle the migration as part of the setup so you work with complete data from the start.

How does onboarding work for new employees?

As soon as a new person is entered in the system, a predefined onboarding workflow starts automatically: documents are sent, mandatory training assigned, IT access requested, introduction dates scheduled. Your new employee experiences a professional first day — without manual to-do lists.

Can training and certificates be managed?
