QM-Pilot and QuKI both come from Basel but follow different approaches. QM-Pilot focuses on process and document management. If you prefer to buy your software or run it on your own servers, it offers that option, QuKI is only available as a subscription in the browser.
They also approach AI differently. QM-Pilot offers an AI module with chat, writing help and analysis and lets the AI run contractually in a defined Azure region, the website names Switzerland North as an example. QuKI brings the AI into the workflows. It pre-fills a complaint from the email, suggests audit questions per standard with a confidence score, creates the audit report and turns training documents into comprehension questions. QuKI deliberately has no general chat over the documentation.
Another difference is scope. Besides documents and processes, QuKI manages complaints, audits, training, risks, continuous improvement, suppliers, test equipment and maintenance, every standard as its own rule set. The price depends on the number of employees and is fully published on the website.
We are the provider of QuKI and therefore a party. That is why we name the strengths of QM-Pilot openly and back every statement with a source.
