QM Software Switzerland: Eight Solutions for SMEs Compared

QM software should control documents, describe processes, track audits, complaints and actions and provide the evidence for certification. In Switzerland there is a whole range of providers for this, from lean SME solutions to integrated management systems for large organisations and CAQ systems for manufacturing. This comparison places eight solutions side by side that are developed or sold in Switzerland, based on the information the providers give on their own websites, as of October 2026.

A note on our own behalf. QuKI is our own product. We therefore describe the other solutions only according to what their providers state publicly themselves, and we also say what QuKI is not intended for. Prices change, the provider’s website is always binding.

What matters when choosing

  1. Your standard. Almost every QM software covers ISO 9001. If you work to IFS, BRCGS, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 or an industry standard in healthcare, check whether you can create your own rule sets and audit questions.
  2. Your size. Some solutions are explicitly aimed at larger organisations, others at SMEs. This shows in the implementation effort and in the price.
  3. The pricing model. By users, by employees or as a perpetual licence. If you want to involve all employees, for example for training records, billing by employees is often cheaper.
  4. The data location. For many Swiss businesses, hosting in Switzerland is a requirement.
  5. Artificial intelligence. Whether it is included in the base price, is an add-on or is missing clearly distinguishes the offers today.

How internal audits to ISO 9001 work is described in our question catalogue for the internal audit, and what the new version of the standard changes in the article ISO 9001:2026 for SMEs.

Workplace safety and environment are available as add-on modules. The AI is integrated into the system, can be switched off and connected to a model of your own. Hosting is in a Swiss cloud or on your own servers. As a price example the website gives CHF 218 per month for the basic version with 25 employees, the actual price depends on the scope selected.

ELIZA

ELIZA from Bern is modular cloud software for quality management with extensions for HR and corporate management, according to the provider for care homes, foundations and the social sector, among others. BabtecQ

The manufacturer is based in Wuppertal and has a Swiss company in St. Gallen. The AI assistant Quorix answers questions, analyses files and translates. Prices are not public.

new-win

new-win from Suhr is entirely focused on healthcare, with CIRS, feedback and idea management, vigilance reports as well as documents, processes and risks. Billing is a subscription by full-time equivalents. The website does not mention AI functions.

QuKI

QuKI is our QM software for SMEs, for ISO 9001 as well as for IFS, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 13485 or a rule set of your own. Ten modules can be booked individually, from document control, processes, complaints with root cause analysis and audits through training, risks, CIP and suppliers to test equipment and maintenance. Across all modules, the management review brings the key figures together.

QuKI has been built AI-native from the start. You drag a complaint into the window as an email, PDF or photo, and the AI pre-fills the case. It suggests audit questions per standard from your process documents, it captures processes in conversation, and comprehension tests are created from training materials. Every suggestion is checked and approved by a person, customer data is not used to train models. Hosting is in Switzerland.

The price depends on the number of employees, all users are included, from CHF 110 per month. QuKI can be tested free of charge for 30 days.

What QuKI is not intended for. QuKI is not a CAQ system with measurement data capture, statistical process control or first article inspection. If you need that, you are better served by a CAQ solution such as BabtecQ. QuKI does not offer installation on your own servers or offline use, it runs in the browser.

What the comparison shows

For basic tasks such as document control, processes, audits and actions, every Swiss SME will find a suitable solution. The differences lie in the focus. new-win is entirely focused on healthcare, ELIZA and QM-Pilot have many customers in healthcare and social services, BabtecQ in manufacturing with CAQ, IMS and SCODi with larger organisations. Improve and QuKI are built broadly for SMEs in various industries.

When it comes to artificial intelligence, the paths diverge. With QM-Pilot and ELIZA it is an add-on, with Improve and QuKI it is part of the platform, SCODi, IMS and new-win do not mention AI. As for the pricing model, QuKI bills by employees, ELIZA by active users, QM-Pilot and new-win by full-time equivalents, Improve by the scope selected.

It is best to test two solutions with a real process, such as a complaint or an internal audit. For QuKI you can do this free of charge for 30 days, all modules are shown on the QuKI page.
