It’s official: Digital Airways GmbH is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The certification was issued by the accredited certification body Swiss Safety Center AG (part of the SVTI Group).
For us, this is more than a certificate on the wall. As a company that develops quality management software for Swiss SMEs, we now live the very standard we digitalise for our customers.
What ISO 9001 means
ISO 9001 is the globally recognised standard for quality management systems. It ensures that a company manages its processes systematically, improves them continuously and consistently focuses on customer satisfaction. Certification is not a one-off assessment — it commits us to ongoing development and annual audits.
